New ways to connect
It’s been awhile, my apologies. I’ve been busy! I have a new, simple portal that displays my current portfolio images at http://johnkester.me. The page also connects you to my new Facebook page if you click “Like.” I update that page with all sorts of random, new work. So definitely “Like” it.

Wrap-ups and Whatnots
Thanks to everyone that participated in the open portrait sessions. It was a blast and the photos turned out amazingly. With all the positive feedback, details for a new theme event will be released soon! Stay tunes or email me if you’d like some scoop.
In other news, I’m gearing up for fall engagements and weddings. If you have a small wedding or elopement event coming up book now! Reasonable rates and awesome results. Boudoir Sessions and Ephemera
A few of the shots from yesterday’s fun are posted in my Facebook group. I’m overwhelmed with photo work, life is good! I’m planning a few group shoots, so if you’re near Jacksonville, join the aforementioned Facebook page for the most up-to-date info and event invitations. In other news I did a boudoir session and it turned out wonderfully. I don’t advertise for this kind of work too often, but I’m thinking about starting. Wedding Day
Today was awesome. I got to work with wonderful people (in front of and behind the camera) making a wedding come together. It sounds totally trite and sappy, but looking at the raw shots, you can see how genuinely happy this couple were. I’m totally glad to be part of it. Major love to Trinity Baker for doing hair, makeup and crowd control. She is the complete artist.
I can’t wait to share the finished pieces!
